Domaine du Cellier de Beaujardin - Touraine & Chenonceaux
The Domaine is based on Bléré on the hillsides of the Cher (a french river), a few kilometers away from the Chenonceaux castle. The naming " Chenonceaux " is strictly framed and tests of tasting are systematic, mandatory & led by a nationalwide organism.
The Domaine de Beaujardin is at the heart of Touraine (150 miles away from Paris).

The plots of land need a minimum of 3 %'slope. A good luminosity, a regular ventilation and a low rate of rain are the main characteristic of the climate of the valley of Cher, so favorable to the culture of the vineyard.
This wine is of a color gilded in the silvery reflections. The nose raises the flavors of grapefruit and citrus fruits, that gives it a wide aromatic diversity. The mouth is mineral and lemony.
This vintage is raised until May of the year following the harvest before being bottling.
